Authentic Preserve Hunts in Central Pennsylvania
Welcome to Horns on the Hill, LLC, a private hunting preserve located just outside Bloomsburg, Pennsylvania. Founded by lifelong hunter Chase Moyer, Horns on the Hill was built with one goal in mind: to provide hunters with a fair, ethical, and memorable harvest experience in a natural environment.
After years of hunting at preserves across the region, Chase saw firsthand what worked — and what didn’t. Horns on the Hill was created to offer a better kind of preserve hunt. Here, animal care comes first, the environment is respected, and every hunter has the opportunity to harvest the exact animal they selected.
Unlike large, heavily pressured preserves, Horns on the Hill focuses on maintaining thick natural habitat and minimizing stress on the animals. This creates a more authentic hunting experience that rewards patience, skill, and respect for the hunt.

What to Expect During Your Hunt
All hunts at Horns on the Hill are conducted from ground blinds, allowing for a natural and ethical harvest environment. We do not push animals or use high-pressure tactics. Instead, we allow the animals to behave naturally, creating a true hunting experience.
Hunters should plan to spend time in the blind and be prepared for a patient, skill-based harvest. This approach results in a more meaningful experience and a clean, ethical harvest.
After a successful harvest, we handle the initial field processing, including:
- Gutting
- Skinning
- Quartering
Your animal will be ready for transport in your coolers. From there, you may take it to your preferred butcher or processor.
